Puppy Contract

Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars

1) A $400.00 deposit is required in order to hold a puppy. Each puppy is $1500 unless otherwise specified.

2) Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide you don't want the puppy, you forfeit your deposit. If something happens to said puppy or mother to be (death, false pregnancy, buyer doesn't like it, or wants to wait on another litter) you may choose from the next AVAILABLE litter.

3) Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first to choose basis. Buyer will be supplied with photos of available pups when pups are 1 week old or older. The buyer has up until the pups are 3 weeks old to choose, they will be notified when they need to choose. Buyer will be given 48 hours to decide on the pup. After deciding on which puppy to take the remaining balance is due at this time. The buyer has 5 days to send the balance. After 48 hours, if buyer has not chosen, he/she forfeits their choice until all others with deposits have chosen.

4) Shipping: Buyer should be aware that weather and holidays may make it difficult to ship on time. Seller may cover shipping costs depending on destination.

5) We guarantee the puppies to be healthy upon arrival. We however, do not offer this animal as a breeding animal nor do we promise this to be a top show prospect, if you [the buyer] decide that you want to breed or show your dogge this is a decision that you have to make, we do not guarantee it to be such.

You must have your dogge/puppy vet checked within 72 hours (3 business days) of arrival and we must receive a written notice of the health check by your veterinarian.

Should the puppy be determined to be in ill health, the cause which is clearly attributeable to the seller, the puppy may be returned to the seller with a written diagnosis from said veternaria, for another puppy of equal or greater value from next available litter (NO CASH REFUNDS) Seller will not be responsible for incurred vet bills.

6) Buyer must register said dogge or puppy with the Victorian Bulldogge Association within 6 months of purchase.

7) Said dogge or puppy MUST NOT be registered with ANY OTHER ORGANIZATION/REGISTRY other than the VBA [Victorian Bulldogge Association] if it is recognized as an Olde Victorian Bulldogge. Doing so is in breach of this contract and buyer acknowledges that said dogge or puppy must be returned to the seller [at the buyer's expense] with no monies refunded to the buyer.

8) Buyer will also be responsible for any legal fees and travel expenses that are incurred by the seller if the buyer is in default of this contract. All litigation and court hearings will take place in Mohave county, Arizona.

9) Buyer agrees that the kennel prefix "Royal Bulls" will be in front of the dogges registered name and that no other kennel prefix can be in the dogges registered name other than Royal Bulls. The buyer also agrees that puppies taken back from any litters they produce and those of which carry the Royal Bulls' line gives Royal Bulls the right to place such kennel prefix in front of said dogge/puppy's name.

10) Buyer agrees that the puppy/dogge will not be used for fighting purposes. If buyer defaults, the puppy/dogge will be repossessed by seller at buyer's expense.

(Royal Bulls WILL NOT ship or allow pick up of puppy/dogge without the buyer's signature on the contract, even without buyer's signature deposits are still NON REFUNDABLE.)

Both BUYER and SELLER acknowledge that no representations, verbal or implied, have been made with regard to said bulldogge's future abilities. If Royal Bulls cannot reach the purchaser by the below stated contact methods, the purchaser will be removed from the list and the deposit kept by the kennel. We highly recommend that purchaser notify Royal Bulls with any change in contact information and remain in contact with us on a regular basis.

This is a binding agreement. If the purchaser breaches this contract, then the deposit is retained by Royal Bulls. The purchaser understands by signing this contract that the deposit is non-refundable. The purchaser also understands and agrees that the final payment is due when the puppy is 5 to 6 weeks old. By signing this deposit agreement, you agree to all of the above.
